This approach thereforeallows screening projects aiming to identifyand characterize site-specific binders orbinders allosterically influencing a specificbinding site out of a compound library. Furthermore this approach also can be used toscreen for compounds that interrupt proteinprotein,protein-peptide or protein-nucleic acidinteractions.
