Macarena Fritz is a science writer and illustrator with a background in
biochemical research. A er completing her PhD in Biotechnology at
Universidad Andrés Bello, Chile, she embarked into science communication
with one purpose: to make science available and easily understandable for
everybody. Now a full-time writer based in Brazil, she contributes to several
