So you got the keys to your lab, and you get to sit in your office for the very first time. Congratulations! Now what's next? Start your computer maybe? Wow, you don't have access to the internet? Who do you talk to? As a new faculty member, it is quite shocking to find yourself as the boss, wandering through the halls of your institution looking for help.
