38 If your sample is partially unfolded or partially oligomerized, there may be a lot of variability in the measured r H , making it difficult to draw meaningful conclusions about your particle size. We'll talk about using r H for candidate selection in Section 6. The r H value tells you much more about your biologic than just size. It helps you assess how formulation changes or mutations affect the folding of your biologic. This information will also inform you about sample quality, which we will discuss next.
