Air bubbles in the sample will give irregular autocorrelation
data, resulting in fits with large error rates. Both ACF fits will
struggle to fit, and there may be corresponding increases in
the scattering intensity:
Aggregation and sedimentation can affect the
intensity of the sample. If large aggregate particles settle
prior to measurement, there will be a large increase in
the scattering intensity. The ACF will not reach baseline,
as these large particles do not move in solution:
