Therefore, it is essential to hire good people who you can rely
on for most of the lab responsibilities.

the lab. The recommendation I would make is to not just assume you're going
be a good manager for everyone. I am a good manager for certain types of
people as I am learning how to manage; people who I can communicate well
with.
