Backreflection
Prometheus uses backreflection to determine
aggregation or colloidal stability by measuring loss of
light intensity due to scattering.
Because thermal unfolding or conformational stability
doesn't always correlate with colloidal stability, use
backreflection simultaneously with nanoDSF for the
most precise characterization.
