NanoTemper Announces Leadership Evolution: Philipp Baaske Transitions to Executive Chairman

NanoTemper Technologies is entering a new chapter of leadership. After 16 years as Co-CEOs, Philipp Baaske and Stefan Duhr have redefined their roles to better position the company for continued growth and innovation.

Stefan Duhr will now serve as the sole CEO, bringing sharper focus and agility to the execution of NanoTemper’s strategy. Philipp Baaske transitions to the role of Executive Chairman, where he will focus on guiding the company’s long-term strategy and expanding its global presence.

In his new role, Philipp will lead the advisory board, oversee technology transfer initiatives, drive M&A activities, and foster strategic partnerships. With his passion for representing NanoTemper on the global stage, Philipp will continue to be the “face and voice” of the company, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and independence.

NanoTemper remains steadfast in its values—founder-owned, independent, and resilient. Under this evolved leadership structure, the company is set to build on its success and shape the future of biophysics.
